Our process and FAQs
To get started, simply call us, and our experts will ask a few questions to understand your needs. We'll compile a list of apartments that match what you're looking for, from fitting your budget, to having the amenities you want, all in the location you desire. With our extensive knowledge of Texas properties and personal assistance, we work to help you find the perfect home.
Do I have to pay for your apartment-finding services?
No. Our apartment-finding services are free to you, making it easy for you to find an apartment. If you choose to lease from one of the apartment owners we work with, they will be the ones to pay us. You’ll simply get all the benefits of having a professional apartment finding team on your side, finding the best prices, specials, and floor plans.
How long does it take to find a new apartment?
The rental market in San Antonio moves fast, which is why we’re always on top of new apartment listings. We may already have the perfect apartment for you among our current listings, meaning you could move in as soon as today! Other times, it takes a few days to find the right place as you tour multiple buildings or wait for a different place to come on the market.
Are there apartments that allow pets? Can you help find apartments without breed restrictions?
Yes! Our team works with many apartment complexes that allow pets, including both cats and dogs. Simply let our team know about the type and size of pet you have and we’ll work to find a place that will be a great fit for them and you.
Be sure to tell us what breed you have so we can ensure the property accepts your pet.
How are your services really 100% free?
Our clients never pay for our services. The way is work is that if you sign a lease with one of the apartment providers that we connected you with, that complex pays us for the lead. This may mean that we accompany you to view the property or that we rely on our clients to include the referral when signing their lease,
What if I have a spotty rental history, bad credit, or a criminal background?
Having bad credit, a criminal background, prior evictions, or broken leases on your record can make finding an apartment to rent more difficult. But that doesn’t mean it has to be. With the help of our team, we’ll find apartment complexes that are willing to work with your background and accept your lease application.
How soon before moving do I need to start looking for an apartment?
How early you start looking will affect how much time you have to tour different apartments or wait for the perfect apartment to come on the market. Typically, we advise starting looking for a new place about six weeks before you want to move, so you have plenty of time to check out new places. However, we’re happy to help you find a new place at any time in the process, even a few days before you need to move out or the day you’re moving.
